from. Call us today for more information. The prices below are for duplicating the memorials exactly including size, shape and color. Prices also include title, name, dates, design, proofs and delivery to the cemetery within 60 miles of Chicago. The prices do not include Indiana sales tax (7% if applicable) and/or any cemetery charge (application, maintenance, foundation and/or installation fees). NOTE: If the memorial is paid in full at the time of purchase, a 10% discount (off the stone price only) is applied.
